How to track my order ?
Simply go to the "Track my order" section with your tracking number, or with your name and order number.
What should you do if you not received an order and shipping confirmation Email ?
Very often our emails arrive directly in your spam. You automatically receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is validated, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number.
How do i check the status of my order ?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will contain a link to the order tracking details. you can also consult the "track my order" page to know the status of your order in real time. if you have difficulty finding your tracking information, send us an email and we will contact you, will be happy to provide them to you.
Can i modify or cancel my order ?
We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. so please email us imediately if a change need to be made. if we manage to catch it in time, we can update your order! if your modification has not been taken into account in time, we offer quick and easy exchanges or returns.
How long do i have to return or exchange an item ?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return and item for an exchange or refund.
